This document provides the governing rules and regulations that help manage our community. The Board of directors role is to:
- Manage the Association,
- Provide guidance in the maintenance of the Community
- Hold the members accountable in meeting the governing documents requirements and standards
- Help create an environment desirable to live in
It is the Members responsibility to hold the Board of Directors accountable for meeting the governing documents and managing the Association. This is for the benefit of all so let’s work together at creating a positive, nurturing, and healthy place to coexist together.
