Welcome to Kenwood Homeowners Association. The website contains community information for our members and tenants.
Kenwood is at intersection of Rolling and Old Keene Mill Roads in West Springfield. The 45 townhomes with one/two car garage(s) were built between 1997 and 1999.
Kenwood is surrounded by many shops (Whole Foods, Giant, etc) restaurants, and commercial space (banks, doctors, chiropractors etc.).
We are steps from slug lines, buses, Metro. About a mile from VRE and Amtrak, and Greyhound. Major Highways include Fairfax County Parkway, I-495, I-395, and I-95.
Our public schools are the best in the country. They include Rolling Valley Elementary, Washington Irving Middle, and West Springfield High.
Parks are steps away and across the street the Springfield Country Club -- 18-hole championship golf course.
